"Wait, dad?" Steve asked both Wanda and Bucky. Wanda was just as confused as everyone else and She couldn't blame them. "No biological," Bucky mumbled not able to take his eyes off the redhead.
"Okay, Sorry to be a bit of a bitch, this is really nice... but there's a big purple guy coming here to take the stone out of good old Vision's head. How are you doing by the way?" Maddie tilted her head to the robot lying on the table.
He was dating her mum so she was concerned for him even though they barely knew each. "I'm fine Miss Madeleine." He responded making Maddie cringe at him but rolled her eyes before speaking again and looking around the place.
"You know." She began walking up to the glass where weapons and different technology were kept. "This place reminds me a lot of a place called Sakarr, right Banner?" She didn't look at him as she kept admiring the technology.
"Hey, do you ever wonder what the Grandmaster's up to? Like he lost his best competitor?" Bruce rubbed a hand over his face. he happened to think about that place or the people in a while and to be honest, he didn't really care. "I mean he might be upset like Hulk was a good fight," Banner responded.
"I didn't mean Hulk, Bruce. I meant me. Like, come on I beat Hulk on multiple occasions and then Thor... And Loki." She mumbled the last part as she smiled replaying memories of the dark-haired god in her mind. "Are you okay?" Bruce asked her.
"Loki's dead." She spoke bluntly to the doctor as she swallowed the lump that was stuck in her throat. "Hemidall's dead, Gamora's dead but you don't know who that is. Oh, and I had to find out from Tony that Pietro died... You know to me, four deaths happened in one day... I'm fine."
She looked at the floor and before anyone could say anything thing the building started to let off an alarm while a woman held up a projector. "Somethings entered the atmosphere."
Madeleine clapped her hand together and pushed back the tears in her eyes because tough girls don't cry. "Right, I think I should be the one to give you all the head upon what exactly we are up again. Last I checked Thanos has four of the six stones: power, space, reality, and soul. He will come here last after he tries to find away from Wizard man to give him the time stone. He will mostly send the 'children of Thanos' to collect the Vision's stone."
As Madeleine turned around to walk out she notice no one followed her and had no idea where the hell she was going so she turned back around. "So I didn't really know how to get out of here but we kinda need to now." T'Challa walked up to her and showed her the way to the elevator with every else following them.
Once they were in, it was very awkward. No one knew what to say to each other. Maddie sighed as she stood closest to the door before saying anything. "I missed you guys. I might not show it but I miss you all. I dreamt of this day for over three hundred thousand years even though I thought you all were dead. I just don't know what to do or how to react so if we can just hold this off until this is over I would really like to catch up with you all then... except for Bruce and Hulk because all I heard from Green all that time was 'Banner this, Banner that' so yeah."
