"So you're mad because I came crashing into your apartment...?"
"No. I'm mad because you didn't come crashing into my arms, cutie."

A vampire leader vs a beautiful young adult. She meets him, he m...
After Serena had left to go to the store, Ash was left sitting by himself in front of the balcony window where he could see the city. It was noon, the hottest time of the day, but Ash had practiced for the sun to not burn his skin.
"It's nearly the end of mating season. Maybe I can get some more blood soon." He thought.
He was bored, already having cleaned the house for Serena earlier. He walked around and decided to take a nap, when he eventually came to Serena's calendar. There was a day with a heart circled around it, labed "Anniversary".
"Anniversary? Isn't that what married couples do? She's so cheesy." Ash shuddered.
"Nonetheless, she's not wrong. We did get together right around this time. I'll have to ask on what I can get as a present for her."
Ash's thoughts were interrupted by a mildly loud knock at the door. "I'm coming," he shouted, while rushing to the door.
After opening the door, he saw a woman, probably around Serena's age, standing in front of him. Her hair was a blush pink coped in two long ponytails. Her head, despite how cute her hair was, wielded two large demonic horns. Her eyes were a rosey pink, and she stared at him mischievously.
"Well, hello there, handsome~!" She cooed.
Ash immediately shut the door in her face, but her whining could be heard after the door was closed.
"Nooo! Ash, don't leave me out hereee~!"
"You're glad I didn't leave you to rot." Ash snarled back.
"Still an asshole as always, you haven't changed a bit~!" The girl replied. "Is this how vampires treat guests who come to visit~?"
"If the guest is you, I don't mind."
"C'monnnn~! Can't we just grow up and talk like adults for once~?"
Ash sighed, but it was a heavy, frustrated sigh. He turned around and walked back to the door, opening it again.
"You're still as bitchy as always." He said.
"What a compliment. The humans truly have changed you, haven't they?"
"This has nothing to do with the humans."
Ash and the girl continued to stare at each other for a split second before Ash moved to the side of the door, gesturing for her to come inside.
"Whaaa-?! He's so polite!" The girl thought. "The old Ash would've probably pushed me through a portal to hell and back~!"
After (awkwardly) getting used to the fact that they were seeing each other again, Ash and the girl sat down and Ash sighed at her again.
"Lucille, what do you want?" He asked.
"I dunno, what do I want?"
"Fucking bitch. Just answer the question." Ash thought.
"I mean, I just thought it was funny how you thought you could escape me by running to this world of meekly mortals."
"I wasn't trying to 'escape' you. I came here looking for a mate, and I found one. So fuck off."
"You started looking for a mate anyways? After I specifically said that I wanted to be with youuuu~?"
"I, in no way, shape or form, have to listen to anything you say. You're not a vampire, so why should it matter?"
"That hurt." Lucille said, sarcastically. "There's no way you got any mates here, they're all mortal. They're useless."

"They are NOT useless." Ash growled, specifically referring back to Serena without saying it.
All Lucille did was giggle at him. "Well, maybe they are a little useful. They surely got rid of that 'monstrous' side of you. You're just as soft as a baby angel."
"That side of me isn't gone. But I'm no monster, not anymore."
"So, where's this 'human' you claim to be your mate?" Lucille said. "Surely, she's not as good as a succubus like me."
"She's definitely better than you. By all means."
"Hmph. Does this human know you're a vampire?"
"Yeah, I've only feasted on her a few times."
"And she's not dead?"
"She's...different. In her own way."
"Hah!" Lucille laughed. "Don't tell me you actually fell for this human."
"If I wasn't in love with her, I would've killed her and moved on to the next person I found worthy."
"So harsh!"
"Isn't that what you do, though? You feast off of one person's sexual energy, and after they're dead, you move onto someone else? Call me a monster, but you're insane."
"And what would you know about sex, Ash?" Lucille asked. "You're so uptight that I'm surprised you even agreed to go find a mate."
"You came to me during mating season. That question should already be answered."
"Fair enough..." Lucille said. "but does this human know what you've did?"
"What do you mean by that?"
"Oh, don't be silly. Haven't you slaughtered though human villages before?"
"...You're still on that?" Ash asked. "That was long ago, get over it already."
"Believe me Ash, I wish I could. This human may just know some 'bloodthirsty', 'cold-blooded', 'hungry' side of you, but she doesn't know the 'killer' side of you, does she?"
"For the last time, I didn't kill your father. And you're still angry at my family for what happened, but you still come to me to ask to be my mate. That doesn't make sense."
"It's either now or later Ash. I'll tell her who you really are."
"Why are you so fixated on doing that?"
"Because she's not gonna want to be in a relationship with a man who's murdered over 400 people."
"...You have no idea what my girlfriend's been through."
