As the ice began to melt, Atlas opened his eyes.
The once warm brown was replaced by a deep crimson.

The family lounged around the living room, a movie playing in the background, Atlas leant against Jasper, the blonde gently massaging his husbands side whilst the Korean man used his magic to pull the back of Emmetts hair; the large man would occasionally brush his hand over the back of his head, while the family giggled at his clueless actions. Edwards phone chimed making Emmetts turn his head and for Atlas' magic to yank his ear, the daily burst into laughter before Edward jumped up and raced from the house, Atlas and Rose shared a bored look at the boys actions.

When Bella came over for Carlisle to look at her hand, Jasper and Atlas had just returned from a quick search for the mystery vampire, as they entered the kitchen Edward looked to Carlisle, "any leads?"
Jasper held his husband tight, "no sign of the intruder. But Victoria continues to make appearances", Atlas watched as Bella stood from her chair and went in the direction of Rosalie, he already knew where their conversation would go, and knew he would spend the night with Rosalie, taking her mind off the past.
He then looks between Edward and Carlisle, "we'll continue to patrol, the wolves have been along the border so it'll be hard for Victoria or any vampire to get to your blood bag", Carlise gave him a 'don't say that' look, while Edward looked angry, Jasper however was amused, hiding his smirk in Atlas' hair and pinching his side.
Once Bella came back in, her and Edward walked to his room, Rosalie are in and closed the door a few moments later making Atlas smile at her, "I'm feeling a shopping spree", the blonde begins to smile, "and I could use some help, splashing the cash", all Rose does to answer is walk over to her friend, with a smile and dragging him down to the basement so they can shop online for what Jasper calls, 'overly priced' pieces of cloth.

Graduation. A pinnacle moment for all teens. A receptive, boring, waste of time for Atlas, the ancient vampire watched as other students hyped each other up, with wide smiles on their faces, while all he could do was glare at the hat that would soon be added to the growing collection on the Cullen wall, "darlin', come on", Jasper gently held his husbands hand, pulling him into line, he leaned down to whisper into his ear, "the quicker this is over, the quicker we get home... then we can celebrate in private"
