Name:Quirk Casting
Quirk Casting allows its user to have any 3 quirks they want for 30 minutes as long as they know it's essentials.
The User can use others Quirk anywhere at any time as long as they have had physical contact with the person within the last month.
The down side is that once the user has gotten to their limit their body shut down for 2 hours.
Quirk Casting is visible when they use it, their eyes glow the iris color.
The user can only use others Quirk if they have had physical contact with said person,the user can also use all 3 quirks at the same time but it makes there body shut down quicker and keeps them out long.
Feel free to use it for any Oc's
