Quirk Name:Peel
The user can makes anything peel off an object with just a simple touch of there hand but the user must been touching it for longer than 10 seconds, then can also made the part that they had peel off into any weapon they desire.
Once the user has hit there limit there hands begin to bleed very badly for 25 minutes, but the users body makes extra blood during the whole bleeding session.
