Quirk Name: Liquid Formation
The user can make anything living into a liquid including humans such as themselves, they can also turn anything they have physical contact with 30 seconds they can turn it into a liquid.
Once user hits there limit there body cant move they can only hear and talk for 4 hours.
The user can also make the things they make liquid into a soild at anytime, say if the user made iron a liquid the user could form it into a sword and make it back into a soild and there a freshly made sword.
