Quirk Name:Light Produce
The user can create any type of light from anywhere on the body,the light can be as bright as the sun or as dim as a pitch black room.
The user can also control the light around them but only a room the sized of a small garage.
Once the User has hit there limit they lose all color on the skin for 3 hours and they go blind for 1 hour.
The user can also grab like and use it partical and wave like pyhsics to destract,blind, and to attack enemies on the battle field.
