Quirk Name: Siren
Quirk Type: Mutant
The user can turn into a Siren when being fully submerged under water. They can Breath, control/manipulate water.
Drawbacks if user hits there limit they pass out and they start to spit out blood.
The user can also use there voice to control the people that hear it.
The users voice can go 20ft away and 120ft up in the air.
Whoever hears the song, they move towards the user, they can still see and hear and sometimes even talk nut they can't control there body movements.
