Quirk Name:Angel
The User has bright white wings that glow when they use a certain part of there quirk, they can also throw halos, they can chose how cold or how heavy and even what shape they should be, When the user goes past there limit they fall into a deep sleep for around 20 hours.
The user may use there energy they store in there body to create freezing cold heat, to put into there halos, or they can use it to increase there wing speed.
There wings glow when they use that special power up, they can also turn any liquid into a soild form
