Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk Name: Eye Light
The user is practically a flashlight, the user can shine a bright white beam of light out of their eyes and wherever the user looks the light goes. The user can activate their quirk by closing there eyes for 3 seconds then opening there eyes rapidly. If the user goes past their limit they will go blind. A way to show that there quirk is active is that their pupils will glow a bright yellow.
The user can chose the level of light they can shoot through out their pupils but it gives them a sever headache.
The User reaches their limit when they have used their quirk over 15 minutes unless they have enhanced their quirk.
