Quirk Name: Chain Control
Quirk Description:
The User has a chain that's connected to every piece of clothing when they first get their quirk. The User can control it at will and they are infinite.
The problem is if the user uses their quirk too much they will fall asleep and stay like that for a few hours.
The user can also choose where the chains are on their clothing and how long the chain can be.
