Quirk Name:Caution
The User can dispense a caution tape like substance that hardens when the user wants it to, the user can create a type of armor with it, it almost basically indestructible only certain quirks can break it such as strength quirks.
The backfires this quirk is that if the user hits there limit or goes past it, where every they dispensed the substance it will go numb for 2 hours along side that is that the user cant touch anything otherwise it will become a substance, the last backfire of the quirk is the user's loses all senses for 1 hour.
