Quirk Name: Jingle
The user can make a Bell type noise within a 40 yard radius.
The user can have the bell noise go up to a 600 lvl frequency
The users limit is when they either go farther than 40 yards or they go over the frequency.
Once the user has hit there limit, they get a ringing noise in there ears, they go deaf than pass out.
The user has the noise come out of the arms, they create scars if the user goes over there limit or hit there limit.
