Quirk Name:Animal Transformation
The User can turn into any animal that they have seen and know the all the aspects,they can be an animal for up to 30 minutes.
Once the user has hit there limit there eyes become black and there body slows down and shut off for 20 minutes, once they wake up there body is numb for the rest of the day.
The user gets the animals ablities also long there in a 12 mile radius of that animal, they also have a second consuins (like twice) there second consuions is there eviler more reclus side.
