Unexpected roommate[EDITING]

Everyone was slow dancing to the music. Meanwhile, ako nandito sa gilid sitting alone while watching everyone dancing with partners. Ako lang mag-isa dito nakaupo with Vince sitting next to me. Pati si Jane at Nathan sumasayaw na din, pinilit kasi ni Jane. Kawawang bata.

"U-Umm..hi friend kaba ni Yumi?" Rinig kong tanong ng babaeng lumapit kay Vince.

Pa lowkey akong lumingon sa babae at tinignan siya up and down. The girl was wearing a white long dress at naka crown braid yung hairstyle niya. Hindi ko mapigilang tumawa sa naisip ko.

"Putcha, parang ikakasal," Mahina kong sabi sa sarili ko at nagpipigil ng tawa.

"Wow, snobber ka pala haha.. Do you mind if i sit beside you?" Awkward na sabi ng babae at agad na tumabi kay vince.

I heard Vince sigh, looking irritated. He just looked straight while the girl kept asking questions to him.

Umalis kana girl, hindi mo ba gets? Uninterested nga si Vince sayo.

"Would you like to dance with me?" Ani Vince.

"Yes sure, i would love to-"

"I'm not asking you," emotionless na sabi ni Vince sa babae.

Agad din naman akong lumingon sakanya.
Sino ba ang kinakausap niya?

"Alexis.." He fixed his eyes on me. Nagulat nalang ako nang bigla siyang tumayo and stood infront of me.

"Wanna dance?" He said as he let out his right hand.

Naka-tanga lang ako at nakatingin sa kaniyang kamay, nilipat ko naman ang tingin ko sa kaniyang mga mata. Was he actually asking me for a dance? He was just asking me for a dance but the butterflies in my stomach were running wild.

"I- uh...yeah sure....i would love to.." I said as i slowly reach out for his hand. He was still maintaining eye-contact, i was nervous until he gave me a sweet smile.

Vince guided me sa dancefloor, napa-lingon ako sa babae kanina, she looked at me with eyes that pierced my soul. She was exasperated and her brows were furrowed.

"Stop looking at her, face me." He held my chin and he made me face him.

Agad din kinuha ni Vince ang kamay ko and placed my hand on his shoulder while holding my other hand, his left hand was on my waist. We then danced gracefully.

"You nervous?" His voice was husky, deep but gentle and soft.

"O-OfCourse not! Hahaha, bat naman ako nenerbyusin eh sasayaw lang naman tayo..."

I lied. I was very nervous that i could actually piss.

He let out a chuckle after i said that.

"You look cute when you're nervous."

Agad din akong umiwas ng tingin at ramdam na ramdam ko na ang pamumula ng mukha ko. I swallowed to wet my dry throat.

"I-I told y-you i'm not nervous!" Umiwas ako ng tingin sa kanya.

His lips slightly raised as if he was giving me an unnoticeable smile.

"Really? You can't even look at me, kunwari kapa," he teased.

This guy really is enjoying the sight of me being nervous and flustered.

Umupo na kami sa isang round table para kakain ng dinner sa bahay ni Yumi. She really prepared her party ng maayos. There were 5 chairs each round table. Malaki din yung table, enough for me, Nathan, Jane and Vince to fit.
