Third person's POV
Ellen and Jim had flown in yesterday.

Now they were on their way to the game planning to surprise their sons.

When they arrived the saw one of theirs sons, Luke standing alone.

Ellen walked over a tapped her sons back, "yea- mom" Luke gasped.

"Hi sweetheart" she smiled.

"What are you doing here" he asked hugging his mom.

"I came to watch your brothers play" she answered.

I was only until that moment Luke panicked, Ava.

She was gonna ask about her.

She knew she was staying with Jack so if she wasn't at this game she would start asking questions.

Luke sat down with his mother and father.

He was trying to figure out way to get Jack and Quinn's attention without making it obvious to his mom.

When warmups started Luke had looked for his two brothers on the ice. though he was too high up he doubted they would see him.

Ellen had noticed her younger son looked nervous but she didn't understand why.

"Luke sweetheart are you ok?" she asked him.

Luke nodded.

He tried not to make himself so obvious so his mom wouldn't notice.

The game started and Luke was extremely nervous.

To make things worse due to them being at the prudential centre they happened to show Ellen, Jim and Luke on the screen.

Jack and Quinn who were on the ice looked up and saw their younger brother sat with their mom and dad.

The two stared at each other in horror.

Their mom was here and Ava wasn't.

They knew they were in deep shit but Jack had it worse.

He knew all three boys would be in trouble but he would be in the most shit. After all he's the reason she ran away in the first place.

"She's here" Jack said to his brother.

"We're fucked" Quinn said.

Quinn was right they were fucked. If Ellen found out what happened to her daughter they would probably have graves already dug for them.

After the game that ended with the devils winning, the two boys met up with their parents and brother.

"You did amazing" Ellen said to her sons.

"Thanks mom, what are you doing here?" Jack asked.

"Well we said we were leaving early and I wanted to see you guys play."

Jack, Luke and Quinn were extremely nervous.

"Where's Ava" Ellen asked.

There it was, that question they had been waiting for.

"Ummm" Jack started.

"Just tell her the truth Jack" Quinn said.

"There's no point in lying to her" he added on.

"What happened?"

"Let's go home first then we'll tell you."

The family headed to Jack's apartment.

The ride was quiet. All three boys were too afraid to speak.

They got to Jack's apartment and the boys sat their parents down on the couch.

"What's going on where's Ava" Their mother asked.

"That's what we have to tell you" Luke said.
