And as for y/n and granny things were not that great, granny was getting weak and she refused to go to the hospital, and their financial status was not great either

Flashback to y/n's 11th birthday
"Happy Birthday y/n" said Sasha as she hugged y/n "Arigato Sasha" said y/n as she hugged back her best friend since kindergarten. "Let's go sasha we will get late for our class" said y/n as she dragged Sasha "hai hai " replied Sasha
"Happy Birthday y/n chan" "Arigato" replied y/n to her other friends and classmates.
"Y/n i got u ta da ur favourite" said Sasha as she gave y/n a box full of her favourite chocolates "Sasha u didn't had to buy me this uk" said y/n "huh! Ofc I did now take this" said Sasha as she gave y/n the box and ran towards her parents "Sasha" y/n tried to call out for her but she didn't listen.
"Tadaima" said y/n as she came back home and started her daily routine, first she watered the plants, then prepared the lunch for her and granny which was some rice balls and some soup, "granny how are u feeling" asked y/n as she checked if her granny had her medicines or not "i am ok honey, happy birthday, how about we go to an amusement park today hm?" granny said as she got up " no no we are not going anywhere, u need to rest u are not even going to the doctor, and looks like ur medicines are over i will go and buy them" said y/n as she brought the lunch to her granny and started to head towards the gate "y/n have lunch first" granny said as she came out of her room "granny! Hai hai I will eat my lunch first" y/n said as she went towards her granny and helped her get inside her room

As they both were having Lunch "y/n what do u want for ur birthday" granny asked y/n "for u to stay healthy" y/n said as she gave her granny a smile "honey u must want something, just tell me" granny said as she patted y/n's head, y/n was well aware of their financial status and she knew a present might cost alot and granny's medicines also cost a little and she knows that she has to use the money her mama had saved for her wisely,
"No granny i don't want anything, uk Sasha gifted me a box of chocolates that's enough for me, now i am leaving make sure to take rest ok?" Y/n said as she took the dirty dishes "i will, take care honey" said granny "i will" after doing the dishes she went to visit her family at the graveyard and cleaned their grave and placed flowers which she had brought with her and afterwards went to buy the medicines

Y/n was now at the atm looking at the balance of her granny's bank account "how will we manage with this amount" she sighed and went back home
