Chapter 35

After that day Mikey called y/n for a few days but y/n didn't answer his calls

She was scared and nervous to talk with him, afraid that he will break her heart again
So she decided not to answer them but after a few days, the calls stopped coming. Mikey didn't talk or visit her.

While this was going on, kakucho and y/n didn't meet everyday as well like they used to
Mikey's words affected y/n, she told kakucho that she can go to school with the driver or by herself

And as days went by they only saw eachother once or twice a week tho they did talk everyday through the phone for a few mins

"Kakucho" Mikey said
"Yeah?" Kakucho said while typing something in his laptop

The bonten executives were in of their hideouts currently

"How is y/n?" Mikey asked
"I think she is doing good" kakucho said
"U think?" Mikey said
"Well I'm not sure i haven't seen her for a couple of days, she does say she is doing good when we talk on the call but i don't buy it" kakucho said
"I see" Mikey said
"Hm? Didn't u and y/n meet like everyday? I have noticed that for the past few months u don't visit her that often" Sanzu said while looking at kakucho
"Whenever I tell her that I might visit she says that i should rest and that we can meet another day" kakucho said
"That's a little odd" koko said
"Maybe she doesn't wanna be a burden" Rindou said

And that's when it hit Mikey
Burden Mikey thought

"Burden?" Kakucho said
"Yeah maybe she feels like a burden so she is trying not to be one" rindou said with his straight cold face
"I don't think so, i mean why would she think that way plus it's not like someone would say something like that to her" kakucho said
"Maybe I'm wrong" rindou said

Meanwhile with y/n

"Y/n u are going to be 13! Like in two days!!!" Sasha said as she hugged y/n
"I know right" y/n said
Sasha and y/n were currently going home by their cycles
"Btw how are u feeling?" Sasha asked
"I'm feeling ok, though periods do hurt like hell" y/n said
Y/n started her periods two days ago
"I KNOW RIGHT!! SOMETIMES I WISH I COULD JUST MAKE THE PAIN GO AWAY" Sasha said
"I AGREE! IT'S SO PAINFUL" y/n added
"Oi sasha look out u were about to crash just now" y/n said
"Sorry! sorry" Sasha said as she laughed

And Sasha and y/n laughed together before going they went to their homes

Two days later

"Happy Birthday!!!" Sasha and yachi said as they entered the house
"Arigato" y/n said as she hugged them
"Uncle kaku" y/n said before she hugged kakucho
"Happy Birthday" kakucho said while patting y/n's head

"The cake looks so good! Arigato Sakura san" y/n said
"Hai hai! Let's cut the cake" Sakura said while laughing a little bit

The rest of the evening was with everyone talking and laughing together
But for y/n she did wished certain people could've been there for her birthday but that wish is one of those wishes which

                    Can't come true
