Current day
March 18th

At y/n's school

"Ok kids! Some of u might already know about tomorrow. And for those who don't, tomorrow is parent and child day, i have already sent a message to ur parents! Make sure to have fun tomorrow and make sure to be kind to everyone, it's just a game  and everyone is there for fun so winning and losing doesn't matter ok? " Said y/n's homeroom teacher

"Hai" the class replied

After school

"Hm? Y/n is something bothering u?" Sakura asked
"Nothing Sakura San, the food is very delicious" y/n said before eating her lunch

Y/n was doing her homework in her room
"Finally, done with my homework" y/n said stretching her body before she layed in her bed
"Parent and child day, i wonder if papa will come, Kushina sensei did mention that she sent a message to everyone's parents so i think he will come!" Y/n said

"Sakura San which dress should I wear tomorrow?" Y/n said
"I think u should go with that one" Sakura said
"Then this one it is! I need to look good tomorrow, papa and I will meet after a while" y/n said with a smile on her face
"Hm is that so? I'm sure he will be happy to see u too" Sakura said
"Tomorrow me and papa will participate in different games as well! It will be so much fun" y/n said
"But be careful there y/n, don't hurt yourself during any games" Sakura said
"I will take care" y/n said

The next morning

"Are u ready y/n" Sakura said to y/n who was upstairs
"Coming!" Y/n said
I'm a little nervous, i hope papa isn't mad about last time, no y/n don't think negative, i'm sure papa won't be mad about that if he will be I will apologize y/n thought while she was going downstairs
"Kakucho sama isn't coming to pick u up today" Sakura said
"He won't come today, he has a meeting" y/n said while putting on her shoes
"I see, here is ur food. Have fun!" Sakura said
"Arigato!! See u later Sakura San" y/n said as she happily walked towards the car

At school

"Nice to meet u" y/n said as she greeted Sasha's parents
"Come y/n! Let's go inside" Sasha said
"I'm waiting for my papa, i will come inside when he arrives" y/n said
"When he arrives, come join us ok?' yachi said
"I will yachi San" y/n said

After few mins

"Where is papa?" Y/n said as she was waiting for Mikey at the school gate
"Y/n, why don't u join everyone else" Kushina, y/n's homeroom teacher said
"I'm waiting for my father, sensei" y/n replied
"He must be stuck in traffic, why don't u wait inside" Kushina said
"Ok" y/n said before she and Kushina went inside
He will arrive in few mins y/n thought before she sat on a chair

Minutes turned into hours, but Mikey didn't show up.
Y/n watched her classmates participate in games with their parents
Y/n saw them from far, remembering how her and her late mother also used to participate in games but today she is all alone
During lunch she was with Sasha's family yet she somehow still felt lonely

"Time for group picture everyone! Stand with your parents" the teacher announced
"Y/n come here, stand with me" Kushina said as y/n went towards the teachers
"1..2..3" said the photographer before taking the picture
"Bye y/n" said Sasha and yachi
"Bye" said y/n with a forced smile

"Miss y/n, kakucho sama asked me to bring u to him" the driver said
"Why is that?" Y/n asked
"The maid who looks after u had to go to her hometown because of an emergency" the driver replied
"I see" y/n said before she looked out the car window

Why didn't papa come? Was he busy? Or is he still mad with me? Does he hate me that much that he doesn't even wanna see nor hear my voice
Y/n thought during the car ride

"We are here" the driver said
"Hai, Arigato" y/n said as she got out of her thoughts and got out of the car

"Y/n chan is here" ran said
"Nice to see u again ran San" y/n said before she went to an empty spot
"Oh y/n u are here, how was the parent and kid day at ur school?" Kakucho asked before he sat down next to y/n
"It was good uncle kaku" y/n said with a forced smile
"Parent and child day?" Sanzu said
"it's basically an event where parents and their children participate in games and stuff" kakucho said
"Oh I see, so boss had to go to that event" Sanzu said
"Yeah" kakucho said
"So y/n chan did u and Mikey win at any games?" Ran asked
"Oh yeah we did" y/n said which was clearly a lie but she thought that if she told kakucho the truth he might get worried so she decided not to

"I thought boss was going somewhere else oh well" Sanzu said
"Where was he supposed to go sanzu San?" Y/n asked
"He said that he will go to shopping with hemiko and Emma, but looks like he went to ur school event" Sanzu replied
"Uncle kaku, I'm feeling a bit tried can I go and take some rest" y/n said
"Sure, u can rest in my room" kakucho said
"Ok" y/n said before heading towards kakucho's room but as she was going there she saw Mikey and Emma talking, she saw Emma get in the car and saw hemiko and Emma wave bye to Mikey before Mikey started to head towards the entrance

He went to shopping with them. I thought maybe he wanted to spend a day with me as much as I wanted to, idiot y/n, y//n thought before she ran into kakucho's room

Why doesn't he want to spend time with me? What did I do wrong y/n thought as tears left her eyes
Her heart once again was shattered by Mikey
