         " Ameen ya Allah" I said ending my Isha prayer. My prayer point has been "Ya Allah please make Asuu call off this strike". With the strike going on, admission wasn't certain till further notice.

       I heard my phone made a beep and I noticed I had 3 pending emails notifications.
"oh yeaaa I was supposed to read my mails after Mahgrib it literally skipped my mind" I said to myself while unlocking my phone ,To check my mails:

# Congratulatory message from Ashesi university Accra, Ghana.
                

               MAIL 2
#You have been awarded a full-time scholarship to study BSC Nursing at the Ashesi university Accra ,Ghana.

               MAIL 3
#Acceptance letter from Ashesi university Accra, Ghana.

       I was beyond confused on the messages ,i knew it was a mix up, because I never applied for any university in Ghana talk more of a scholarship. I decided to open it one after the other

Dear IBRAHIM HANEEFAH
       You have been offered admission to study a five years degree : BSC Nursing ,into the most prestigious university in Africa: Ashesi university Accra,Ghana. We look forward into having you study here.

At this point in time I was already breathing so hard ,it felt like I was having a panic attack, I started counting 1-20 in my head. I was able to calm down , I do get panic attacks whenever my anxiety kicks in and at that moment I always feel numb.
    No ,No it can't be me .I immediately went to Google chrome to browse on the university ,I read all about it and I was dumbfounded it is amongst the top five leading universities in Ghana. I saw the fees and I remembered even if this so called message was actually true my parents can't afford it ,the fees were in "Ghana cedis"  but that of international students were in " dollars" just  by seeing the figures I knew we cannot afford it
  
    Scholarship! Yes scholarship I saw a message about scholarship. I left google chrome and went back to my email asap

        The West Africa scholarship foundation.
         Miss Ibrahim Haneefah with the admission code :2033. After full meetings and considerations you have been chosen to be amongst the ten lucky applicants to be awarded this Scholarship. therefore ,You have been awarded a full paid Scholarship into the Ashesi university Accra, Ghana.
    This scholarship covers;
1) School fees for the range of course offered to you by the university
2) Accommodation and feeding will be provided by the West Africa scholarship foundation.
3) monthly allowance will be provided to students accepted only under the scholarship
4) your scholarship covers all expenses and flight tickets .
5) any other necessaries will be added and looked upon.
    
     Congratulations once again on gaining this scholarship . Every other information shall be sent to you via email, endeavor to check your spams for future references.

At this point I was mad already I was in shock ,I am confused ,I am trying not to believe this ,I am overwhelmed

I ran to the parents room without knocking I saw my dad praying,while my mom was on the bed with her phone,you don't know how to "Saalama again "my  mother said glaring at me"Yankuri  ummi"
