"Ah. My back hurts," I grunted under my breath as I heaved the trash bag back down a short flight of stairs and pushed the metallic gate open with the plastic bag clenched tightly in my grip. I glanced around the dark neighborhood before dumping the sack into the garbage dumpster. I exhaled in relief when I heard footsteps approaching from my left side. I turned to find a man dressed in formal attire walking up to me, so I quickly hurried away to avoid him when the man caught my wrist and held me back.
"Leave me alone-"
"I'm only here to deliver a message," The man exhaled when I tried to escape from his clutch.
"I don't want to hear anything. Tell her to stop contacting me," I exhaled and turned to stare sourly at the middle-aged secretary.
"How long are you going to avoid your parents? You should-"
