Cheri, Shrek, donkey and puss headed inside the school to see if they could try and find Arthur

Cheri's pov

We went up to Guinevere as a teenager honestly I feel like she was really sort of a brat 'Well unlike me I always thought I was more mature' I thought to myself

After talking to her which led to absolutely nowhere we talked to the nerds who were just on my nerves I opened the Amulet and my sword hazeburn came out pointing at them

"I know your not trying to fit in and all but it would be much appreciated if you could tell us where Arthur pendragon is" I said in annoyance

"He's over there" the nerds said pointing at the colluseum I put my sword away back in the Amulet and we walked over

"You didn't have to threaten them like that senorita" puss said I gave him an unamused look 'ugh this headache is killing me' I thought to myself

We walked in and saw lancelot while Shrek, donkey and puss thought was Arthur but I knew better lancelot knocked the other one off

"Well does Arthur look like a king or what" Shrek said "oof" "oops sorry" Shrek said "Shrek are you kidding me watch where you're stepping" I said

"Did you say you were looking for Arthur" the boy on the ground said which I knew exactly who it was "that's confidential" puss said "top secret hushity hush" donkey said

I just stood there as the others went off "honestly and I thought knights like that were supposed to be mature yet they treat someone like him...like trash" I said muttering

I looked at Arthur "are you ok" I asked kneeling down he took off his helmet "yeah I'm fine...wait your being nice to me is this a..." I giggled cutting him off

"No I'm not like that Arthur" I said his eyes widened caught off guard "you know me?" He said I nodded "I kinda guessed who you were" I said

"Are you hurt anywhere" I said "no I'm fine" he said when he looked up at me and I looked at him our eyes locked onto each other like a connection of some sort

"Well anyway you probably have some classes to get to" I said shyly "before I go could I get your name" he asked "cherise hallow but please call me Cheri" I said

"Well cheri it's been nice meeting you and I'd love to stick around more but I'm quite busy" he said and waved bye to me

He smiled at me then walked away "hey" Shrek said then Arthur jogged off somewhere probably headed to the assembly

Arthur's pov

I was knocked down by lancelot still getting picked on by the jousting team this couldn't possibly get any worse an ogre stepped on me

"Well does Arthur look like a king or what" the ogre said "oof" I grunted in pain "oops sorry" the ogre said

"Shrek are you kidding me watch where you're stepping" a girl voice said 'who's that she sounds like an angel' I thought to myself

"Did you say you were looking for Arthur" I said "that's confidential" a tabby cat said "top secret hushity hush" a donkey said I didn't know animals could talk

I sat up and saw the girl who was looking at the jousting team with a glare in her eyes while muttering something under her breath

She looked down at me with worry in her eyes "are you ok" she asked kneeling down I took off my helmet cause I couldn't see her clearly

'Wait why is she being so nice to me is this a trick to bully me' I thought "yeah I'm fine...wait your being nice to me is this a..." she giggled catching me by surprise

"No I'm not like that Arthur" she said 'she knows who I am' I thought caught off guard "you know me?" I said shr nodded "I kinda guessed who you were" she said

"Are you hurt anywhere" she said I took this chance to look at her features red hair, emerald green eyes, plump pink lips, tomboy maybe she's not wearing a dress

"no I'm fine" I said when I looked up and met her eyes I felt my heart pounding in my chest 'this strange feeling in my chest' I thought to myself

She cleared her throat "Well anyway you probably have some classes to get to" she said speaking rather shyly than before I got up and was about to leave but realized I didn't get her name

"before I go could I get your name" I asked she gave me a gorgeous smile "cherise hallow but please call me Cheri" she said

'Cheri...I'll definitely remember that' I thought to myself "Well cheri it's been nice meeting you and I'd love to stick around more but I'm quite busy" I said as I waved bye to her "Hey" the ogre said as he spotted me I quickly jogged off

Cheri's pov

We were now headed to the assembly and wait..."where's donkey?" I asked in confusion then donkey got out of the locker "you better run the days of donkey droopy drawers are over" donkey said

The maidens went into the assembly hall where Arthur should be "hold" the attendee said as two guys in mascot costumes came

"We're here for the mascot Contest" the guy said with his friend who was also in a mascot costume

The two guys went inside "uh were here for the mascot contest too" Shrek said "this is a costume" the attendee said pulling Shrek's cheeks hard

"Aye worked on it all night" Shrek said "looks pretty real to me" the attendee said I groaned

I was starting to lose my patience so I took out my sword hazeburn from the Amulet the fire grew from my sword 'I'm going to cut the door down'
