"what just happened?" tony asked, he looked concerned "I-I uh don't know" I said pulling my knees to my chest and looking around the room everywhere except the teams eyes I noticed all of the IV's were ripped from my arms and the clock said '3:00' "did I wake you all up?" I asked pretty sure I already new the answer "yes, but that's alright" Steve assured me. I was about to stand when tony stopped me "ah,ah,ah"
I turn to look at him and I see the man my parents worked for "no" I muttered "please!" I stood up and ran out of the room and down the hall when I turned look but saw black but I heard Tony's voice, he sounded concerned "y/n! y/n! wake up!" I heard Tony's muffled voice "tony" I mumbled my vision blurred into black
I came to in a bedroom I didn't recognize I look over to see tony asleep in a chair next to me "tony" my voice was raspy probably from screaming "huh" he jumped "oh y/n, you feeling better? you had pretty bad nightmare last night" he looked into my eyes "that is why I don't sleep" I started crying, embarrassed they saw me like this "its ok, how about you eat" he told me tossing me a brown paper bag "thanks" "yeah, by the way this is your room if you need anything ask Jarvis" he informed me "ok thanks" I smiled "see you later" he smiled as he walked out
I opened the bag and saw a pb&j sandwich, a container with some apple slices in it and a bottle of water. "wow for a billionaire that meal looks more like a school lunch" "hi Natasha" I said before taking a bight out of my sandwich "Nat" she corrected "sorry" I don't know why I was apologizing "I hope after this you wont see me as a weak little girl who gets nightmares" I said eating and apple slice "y/n, you are strong and I look forward to getting to know you" she smiled
