The gang of pilgrims look around villages to find a family of parents and children... Weird, right?
But it was for good reason, To seek a mentor for raising a baby... Sun Wukong's baby...
In all honesty, The great sage wasn't really thrilled at the idea of raising a baby
Let alone all the responsibilities that came with it that was told by the monk, But he wasn't about to just let it die or even abandon it now

The thought of that...Kinda hurt for some reason...
But despite the gang's various attempts to seek help, They were shut out due to their reputation and sat in a group outside the village
Having a sense of defeat looming over
"Why won't anyone help?! It's not like we did anything to them!"
Zhu Bajie exclaimed in frustration as The Monk pats his friend on the back

"Calm down, My friend."
The Monk told Zhu Bajie with a hint of nervousness
"Perhaps they're all just afraid of what we could do, Then again... Zhu Bajie was trying to flirt with some of the eldest daughters."
Bai Long Ma had told and in response, Zhu Bajie stiffened and looks away with a scrunched up face
"Yeah! How bright was that?!"

Wukong exclaimed with a huffy face as Zhu Bajie pressed his forehead against the Monkey's forehead, angry
"It's not worse that YOU barging in, Have you thought about that?!"
The pig fired backed and the two growl at each other
The monk sweating and looking around as the two argued, His eyes widen and he turns back to the hot heads
"Um, Guys?"
The monk called to them

"WHAT?!"
They exclaimed in rage as they looked over at him
"The baby is gone!"
Everyone's face went pale and they frantically started to look around, Under rocks, Logs, Wukong even lifting up a whole fruit stand
"HOW DID WE LOSE IT ALREADY?!
WE TOOK OUR EYES OFF IT FOR A FEW SECONDS!!"

Wukong exclaimed in panic as the white dragon horse huffs
"That is the problem, You took your eyes off it."
Bai Long Ma said and Wukong gave an irritated expression
"THANKS FOR CLEARING THAT UP, GENIUS!"

The scene slides over to the blue cub crawling around, Climbing over a small long and flipping over, landing on their bottom with a light thud and a surprised expression, Continuing on their uncertain destination and making it out the large grass patch towards an old house

The house had a few years on it as there was greenery covering parts of it, Some of the tiles look damaged and there were gates in the doorways, a small shed next to the house and A large pile of logs on the right side of it...

Out the house emerged an old lady carrying a bucket of dirty water that was previously used to catch the rain that fell through the broken tiles, She had stopped walking once she felt a tug at her puffy pants which had pretty yellow flowers stitched into it, To her surprise she looked down and saw an odd looking baby monkey
Certainly it wasn't any normal one, Of course it frightened her a bit until she heard it's adorable giggles

Her frightened expression eased into one of adoration as she knelt down on one knee and set the bucket down, Cautiously raising her hand to pick out a grass blade stuck on the baby's face
"Why hello there, Little one..?"

She greeted and as her hand made contact with the baby's face, The cub nuzzled into the back of her hand making cooing noises
It was simply too adorable to be scary, Yet why was it here all alone..?
Did someone abandon it..?

The thought made her heart hurt before she gently picked up the baby and brought it inside, The cub's tail wrapping around her arm as it nommed on it's own left paw
"How long were you out there for you to become so filthy?"
She asked the cub who had twigs in it's hair, dirt on it's paws and it's face
"You certainly need a bath."
She stated and opened the door to her kitchen, grabbing a large bucket she hadn't used in a while

Walking back outside and setting the bucket down on the ground, gathering fresh water in another bucket and setting it down next to the empty one, once she had gathered soap and a clean rag to use
she had set the baby in the empty bucket and went to work
When she cleaned it's face it had made an annoyed pout but never tried to push her away, A baby with tolerance or manners?

It had sat still as she cleaned it's hair and entire body, Having been splashed a few times but never did she react badly
She takes it out the bucket and starts to dry it off with several towels, The baby becoming a bit dizzy from the sudden head rub that made it's head seem like a bobble

Once the baby was dry, She had taken out the baby clothes her previous children had grown out of and even made adjustments by adding a hole the tail can slide out of
"There we go, Much better!"
She chimed in satisfaction before the baby was hypnotized by it's own tail swaying around, She giggled and picked up the baby
Practically hugging it and realizing she missed being a mother, Was this a blessing from the gods..?

No matter, She was happy and so was the giggling baby in her arms
Unaware that a certain group was looking for it, She heard it's stomach rumble and was shocked
Did the baby go long without eating?!
No, It would have been crying and making a large fuss if that was the case

"My, my!
We'll have to get you fed my dear!"
She announced as she raised the baby high with a smile on her face, The cub's tail swaying and making grabby hands towards her
She had tears form in her eyes as the memories of her own children flooded in, It was a bitter sweet moment as she lowered the baby and gave it a kiss on it's forehead
A single tear streaming down her face as the sunset's glow had streamed a ray of sunshine towards the tear drop before it hit the floor
