Tori the mischievous, girly child, is now the pristine icy powered preteen Snow Angel.
Plot: Tori was mysteriously murdered, and she was awhile resurrect by Necromancer Luna. Luna later given her the gift of cryokinesis and she dolled up as the Snow Angel.
Note: Tori's eyes were currently brown but after turning into Snow Angel her eyes changes into baby blue.
