Before Beetlejuice, Flash was originally going to be Loid Forger for the ocassion.
Casey's costume was based on his face paint which was a dead giveaway to his vigilante gear.
Raph's vampire costume is a homage to the Monster Arc where he was a vampire throughout 3 episodes.
