The effects of the Mrs. Sin Jinx's anger creation can make any hot-tempered and tough victims go berserk and harm their loved ones.
A bit of reference to the Sunset Shimmer part from the TMNT episode "Clash of the Mutanimals", Also the whole 'Wrath inducing powder" idea was based on that episode.
This might be a foreshadow to Amy Rose becoming the future villainess Mad Hammer.
