Yesterday after we got to Alessio's house, his mother greeted me with open arms and told us to go upstairs and change out of our wet clothes and join her downstairs for dinner.

We didn't say anything to each other in the warm shower we took together. Light and soft touches were constantly shared, but that didn't stop Alessio from leaving trails of kisses on my skin while I washed his hair.

This morning, I was feeling more than I ever had before.

Never once in my life had I had someone willing to be there for me the way he has, even after all that happened yesterday, he was still leaving me with forehead kisses before he went to bring up our breakfast so we could eat in bed.

Alessio's room was incredibly similar to his room at the academy, but it had more pictures of him as a child and he was adorable.

In one photo he had those really big and round glasses and in the other, he was Harry Potter for Halloween and the facial expression on his face made me laugh the same time he walked into the room with a tray full of food.

"She didn't know if you liked waffles or pancakes so she made you both" He expects me to be on the bed and places the tray of food down and groans when he sees me looking at his baby photos.

"You looked so cute," I tell him and he starts to blush, groaning again when I point out his glasses, "Do you still have them?"

"Unfortunately, my mother made me keep them" He sighs, opening the closet and taking out a box from the top shelf, "These aren't the ones with prescriptions"

I put on the glasses and ask him how I look and he only smiles which makes me smile.

I take off the glasses and he puts them back, we join each other on the bed and begin eating.

I don't know what I would be doing if Alessio hadn't come with me yesterday. Whether I'd be pretending it all didn't mean anything or ignoring that it happened like I usually would.

Even though it was brought up on many occasions yesterday, Alessio hadn't asked about the type of condition I had, not once.

"They're my favorite" he cuts the blueberry waffles into smaller pieces, "If you couldn't tell" He picks up a photo sitting on the drawer beside him.

It was of him at a young age stuffing his face with blueberry waffles, and I couldn't help but laugh.

"Why haven't you asked me anything about yesterday?" I randomly ask after taking a bite out of the waffles.

"Because it's none of my business, just because I was there doesn't mean I have the right to know unless you decide you want to tell me," He says, taking a bite of his food and I feel stuck.

I can only look at him, going to say something but I can't find any words to put together.
