You guys hit it right from the start; texting or calling each other late at night if you can't sleep, being the first person you or Joe thinks of when in a situation.
He will hold hand quite often since it helps calm you down when your anxiety is too high or if you just need something to hold onto, you also play with some of his rings since it distracts you from picking at your skin and nails. (I pick and my hands and nails too often 🥲)
