Third Person’s POV
On the bed Kritika was laid unconsciously ….a bandage was on her head …and an IV drip was
attached to her right hand ... Mrs. Mehta and Anisha both were sitting beside
her(Kritika)….. Payel was also there for some hours but as she is pregnant
everyone suggested her to take some rest…so now she is in her room…. The Kapoors stayed here from yesterday…
Now it is 08:00 am but still Kritika didn’t get back her consciousness…..
Mr. Kapoor and Mr. Mehta were sitting together…
Mr.kapoor patted his friend's shoulder
Mr. KAPOOR : don’t worry… everything will be alright…
Mr. Mehta nodded his head positive…
Mr.kapoor knows how his best friend, Kartik is feeling….. Kritika is his life….he loves
his daughter very dearly… he had never let her suffer a little bit….and
now seeing his daughter's condition…he is
feeling devastated….
In the room…
Mrs. Mehta : Anisha beta you go have some breakfast…..and let everyone also have something to eat… no one has eaten anything from yesterday night…
ANISHA : No mom… I am sitting here… you go and have something…
Mrs. Kapoor entered the room with a tray in her hand.
Mrs. KAPOOR : you both have to eat something… Kritika will not be happy when she will wake
up and see that no one has eaten anything…
Mrs. MEHTA : Usha, I don’t have the mood…
Mrs. KAPOOR : I knew you wouldn’t want to eat… that’s why I have brought juice… please have
it…
After a moment… Kritika slowly started to open her eyes…..Anisha was the first one to
notice…
ANISHA : Kriti…Kriti…
Seeing Kritika was waking up Mrs. Kapoor went outside to inform the rest of the people.
Mrs. MEHTA : Kritika, honey… how are you feeling? Are you ok? … ( said caressing her hair… tears were falling from her eyes)
ANISHA : Kriti, look we are all here… don’t be afraid…..
The rest of the members also entered the room…
Mr. MEHTA : princess…….. How are you feeling….? (He came near Kriti)
But Kritika didn’t reply to anyone… She just stared at the ceiling with void emotion in her
eyes…
PAYEL : why is she not speaking? Should we call the doctor?
KARAN : I already did,bhabi… she is on the way…
KABIR : good… Princess… talk to us princess… tell us what happened…look we are all
here….. You have to be strong….when the police will come….. Hey did anyone
inform them that she has woken up?
ANIKET : Yes…
Then the doctor entered and all the family members left the room… and eagerly waiting
outside…
After some time the doctor came out of the room…
DOCTOR : Mr. Mehta… I think she needs a Psychologist…
Mr. MEHTA : why?
DOCTOR : She is not speaking and responding because… she has imprisoned herself in her mind from the outside world…….As I have already told you….every rape victim
reacts in different ways… some behave like
her… and in this case… counselling is the best option….. So I suggest you
consult with a Psychologist…..getting her emotions out is important….if you
want I can suggest to you a friend of mine…..
KABIR : yeah sure…
DOCTOR : Don’t worry… she will be fine…she is now sleeping and I have already changed the
bandage on her head….. Change it again
tomorrow ….I had already been prescribed the medicine….. If anything happens call me…
Said this she left from there…
Everyone knows that it is very important for Kritika to talk to punish Rishi……
They just hope she will speak very soon.
