RISHI : why did you drag me out of there, mom?? I was talking to Aniket…
Mrs. AHUJA : Talking?? I don’t think so… you were threatening him… you were demanding to
know the identity of the father of the child in Kritika’s belly…
RISHI : so? Did I do anything wrong? I was talking about my rights to my child…
Mrs. AHUJA : You’re not sure Rishi…don’t assume anything without any proof..
RISHI : proof? I don’t need any proof … I am
100% sure that is my child… If that is not my child then whose child ?
Mrs AHUJA : Rishi, Aniket is now Kritika’s husband….. and the baby bump was looking like 6 to 7 months … I think they have a relationship before you-
RISHI : oh come on mom… I thought you are a smart woman… I had raped Kritika… and I was
her first… she was a virgin…..I don’t know about the baby bump's size… maybe… maybe
it is twins….. But I am sure it is not Aniket’s….. I know Aniket and Kritika
very well…..maybe still they don’t have any physical relationship… I am sure
that’s my child…
Mrs AHUJA : But still Rishi…
RISHI : mom, try to understand, mom….It is your grandchild mom… try to understand….don’t you
want your own grandchild?
Mrs. AHUJA : of course I want my own grandchild ….. But Rishi please understand don’t do anything stupid in hurry ….I will not able to handle it anymore…
RISHI : but mom-
Mrs. AHUJA : Listen Rishi, I promise I will find out everything…… and If it is your child
then you will definitely have all rights on the baby….. But you promise me… you
will not do anything… and let me handle everything…
RISHI : Fine… I promise..
In the Kapoors Mansion
Aniket entered the room with a glass of milk in his hand….and saw Kritika was
sitting on the bed with her laptop..
ANIKET : Drink it…
But Kritika didn’t react nor she reaches out to take the glass of milk..
ANIKET : Hey… Kritika… ( he put his hand on her shoulder)
KRITIKA : huu? ( Kritika got startled)
ANIKET : what happened?? What are you thinking? (Passed the glass of milk to her and sat in front of her)
KRITIKA : Aniket, tell me the truth please..
ANIKET : Truth? Which truth?
KRITIKA : Aniket, do you want me to believe that Rishi has believed in your words that
this child is yours not his… !!
ANIKET : I have already told you before you have a small brain don’t pressure it too much…
KRITIKA : ANIKET….I am not joking… I am very serious….please tell me the truth… I know
Rishi must have doubted it…right?? If he finds out… then… will he snatch my
baby??
ANIKET : Kritika listen… listen to me…
Aniket tried to calm Kritika but Kritika was continuously babbling…
KRITIKA : I know… I know at first I was angry.. I was upset…I didn’t want the baby… but I
don’t want to murder a innocent that’s why I have kept this baby….. But believe
me Aniket , I love this baby now… when I feel a life is growing inside me I
feel very happy… I love this baby very much….. I can’t lose it….No no… no I
don’t want to lose the baby (started crying)
When Aniket couldn’t calm Kritika…he hugged Kritika tightly in his embrace…
ANIKET : shhh… Kritika please calm down….. so much stress in not good for you… please
calm down… Kritika….. Look at me…..look at me Kritika …
Kritika looked at Aniket….. Aniket cupped her face in his hand…
ANIKET : Kritika… I promise no one can snatch our baby from us…… I have no blood
relation with this baby… so what… blood relation isn’t everything…..this baby
is connected with my heart….and I promise I will protect both of you… no one
can snatch you both from me… I will not let that happen…(he kissed on Kritika's
forehead and kissed on her belly by his hand)
ANIKET : now sleep….sleep is very important for both of yours health…
Aniket was going to get up when Kritika held Aniket’s wrist……Aniket looked at Kritika with
a questioning gaze…
KRITIKA : can… can you… sleep with me tonight? I… I don’t want to… sleep alone…
Aniket nodded his head and lay down beside Kritika….. He pulled her in his embrace and
started caressing her head…
This is the first time after their marriage they were sleeping together on the same bed.
ANIKET : sleep… don’t worry… I am always with you… nothing will happen… sleep well…
After some time Aniket heard Kritika’s even breathe… he realized kritika has fallen
asleep….. Very slowly he got up and he moved his face near Kritika’s belly…..
ANIKET : baby… papa is sorry… ok?... Papa doesn’t think about you like that what he had
said to Rishi Ahuja….. Papa was afraid… that’s why he had said those words…..
Papa doesn’t care that you are not his biological child….. You are connected
with papa by heart… and I love you so much…..I promise I will always protect
you….. forgive your papa… ok? good night… baby… sleep well… (whispered)
Again slowly he lay down beside Kritika and pulled her into his embrace...... Prayed to god
in his mind to keep everything alright and keep his family safe... He gradually fall asleep…
