would Alucard and Aizawa feel about their partner (cis or trans masc) being a single father?
This is a great question! I am going to address both cis and trans masc. A trans masc has even more hurdles to leap over. I have included websites that cover some of this topic.

°Single Father statistics (source listed below): The number of single-parent families in Japan has increased (from 1.02 million in 1988 to 1.46 million in 2011), though at 12.3%of all families, the overall prevalence of single-parent families is low compared to other developed countries (e.g. 25.8% in the USA, 21.5% in the UK).
✔️Alucard (cis)
•Alucard is probably a simple man/creature (?) in his thinking. Are you a productive member of society? Vlad was about contributing to the Wallachia country.
•Are you loyal to Hellsing? Trustworthy? That's what's important because in his breathing days he had neither.
•Working at Hellsing would classify it as such. Actually above and beyond the call.
•We forget childbirth could be deadly on so many levels. Though it was expected for a single father to remarry I don't think it was required.
The Unholy King would enjoy seeing the Single father grow older and their child growing up in Hellsing. The passing of the guard from Walter, to you and then your child/children.
✅️ Alucard (trans masc)
•Once more Alucard's isolation puts him at a disadvantage about the extra hardship of raising a child. People don't take you seriously or worse think you are not capable of raising a child.

•Alucard, though prone for violence would diverge to Walter on your legal rights. He is quite less than satisfied with the outcome. So he would secretly do things to haters/Kevins/Karen's. The things sometimes we would love to do but can't for various reasons. Time usually.
He's immortal so he has nothing but time
•It would take one time witnessing prejudice towards this trans masc and with their child then Alucard would be a force others will be unable to recon with.

We don't truly know what exactly Alucard does.in the basement?

🔆Aizawa (cis)
•Aizawa would offer to help raise your child. Single fathers seldom raise their children due to Japanese society currently.
•He's a father figure to little Eri and twenty U.A. class 1-A. His shoulders are tired but broad too when it comes to younger people. Shouta would be there for you and your little one(s).
•It could be sleepovers, mutually shared housing or even an approved location on campus for kids not enrolled in U.A.

•This is a serious situation. Your child is taken away in certain situations. And to have gender reassignment results, children taken away and you are required to be sterilized!
•Shouta would suggest, after knowing you and child/children if you wish for him to adopt them. They wouldn't be taken away from him being a pro hero and teacher of U.A. high.
If in the case of Aizawa being trans masc, All Might is a true hero with a heart of gold. He has broad shoulders still and would step in to make sure your kids stayed with you.
Is it right that Shouta and Toshinori would need to adopt? No but in Japan Transgenders have no rights but are expected to get sterilized.
