Ask: Alucard Aizawa eating disorder
How would Alucard and Aizawa react if they found out their s/o had an eating disorder?
Personal Note:
Okay this Ask is going round and round in my head. This is a tough one. My two children have milder versions of an eating disorder and need to be reminded to actually go and eat. The oldest is struggling to keep weight on due to mental illness. Their doctor was concerned as after (teen mom) giving birth and having an abusive boyfriend, weighed dropped to 43kg/96 lbs at 162cm/5'5". They are asked on every doctor visit.
I have alarms so I stop and eat lunch. My coworkers remind me to eat. My doctor asks about eating as I have bi-polar so as manic you binge and depression you won't eat. One phrase I used to always say was "I gotta go eat..."
So I am going to do my best on this but I'm not sure, either on this ask. It's an important topic...but I might crash and burn on this.

The Vampire King probably stares at you blankly. He has no clue what an eating disorder is. Alucard's appetite to eat has never been a problem. It just seems logical that you eat or you get weak.
It's frustrating and stresses your relationship at first. He nags you about when did you last eat? Did you eat?
Has Walter even try to entice you with favorite dishes or healthy snacks but he just doesn't get it until one night. He is scolding Seras about her struggle to drink blood.
That's when the black light turns on.
His fledgling has an eating disorder due to psychological reasons. The fear of losing her humanity so refuses to eat even though it makes her weaker.
He will immediately go and find you. He will kneel down on one as he apologizes,"Forgive me Scumpa mea/meu, for my unfeeling ignorance. How can I help you with your struggling to eat?"

Shouta immediately knows as he probably has had students. Hizashi has three jobs so Shouta reminds him to slow down and eat.
Yet he's a hypocrite as he doesn't get enough sleep and eats jelly packets that are actually listed and sold as candy for low calorie pick me up.
Because you mean the world to him, he will make changes in his life. And he will struggle with getting more sleep, delegating some of his work load. Maybe get Hound dog and Snipe to do more than teach.
This will get him to be more proactive about his depression and how it causes him to not want to eat. We know he has PTSD but Japanese mental health is almost nonexistent. So is working ungodly hours. Yet this isn't healthy for the body.
He realizes this now because of you.
He will stop relying on his jelly packets and eat more regularly planned meals. With more sleep he will be inclined to cook more.
You both will support each other and the road will have speed bumps and potholes but you support each other.
