I get to the mall after like 10min of driving, i make my way to the spot robin asked me to meet her at and wait for her to get there.
"Hey y/n!" I hear someone yell.
I turn around and see robin walking towards me.
"Hey Robin! -I say hugging her.- so now are you gonna tell me why were here?"
"Damn your curious, but yes. Yes I will. Sooo i got that job i was talking about! You know? At scoops ahoy?"
"Really? I told you you would get it! I hope this means free ice cream for your favorite homosexual." I say sarcastically.
"There's actually one more spot open for the job and i may have told them i have someone interested in it.."
"Oh um i don't know i mean you know how nervous I get around too many people.."
"Oh c'mon pleaseee it will be so fun! Both of us scooping ice cream all summer. It's a dream job!"
"Fine.. just because you asked so nicely~"
"Yes! You will not regret this. Come on, let me take you there." She says holding my hand making me run after/with her.
We get there and robin introduces me to the manager, i try my best to make a good impression answering a few questions. And just like that i got the job, the guy just seemed to want to get this all over with so i guess he would hire anyone lmao.
After that robin had to go home and i decided to do the same, so i get in the car and drive home to try and rest for my first day at the job tomorrow.
