Kuahaha im the great storm dragon and I have been sealed here for 300 years . You might be wondering why someone great like me is sealed. Well because I accidentally destroyed a city then a hero appeared I was mesmerized by her beauty hhh oops no I just got a little careless about she sealed me here ever since then.
What do you think great storm dragon will be mesmerized by human I no never kuahaha .

I started going to where a dragon factor is felt and see a bi dragon sealed. He must be my brother let's see what he is up to.

"Hmph me im great storm dragon veldora . It must be your pleasure to meet me right kuahaha "
" Oh im void dragon rimuru "
" Oh that's why I sensed a dragon factor but their are only four true dragon I haven't heard about you "
" Oh I was born in deep void and just arrived in this world and sense you . You must be my big brother right "
" Big brother oh ya big brother I will tell you about my greatnesss to you rimuru kuahaha "
" Anyway why are you sealed here "
Then veldora tell me all his story how he destroyed a city and sealed by a hero .
