Aether and Xiao were playing hide and seek together, when Venti and Kazuha approached them.

"Hello, good morning," Kazuha greeted.

"I'm going to skip first period today.

Why?"

Aether shrugged, while Xiao asked, "Do you want to come with us?"

"It's your choice, if you want to," Kazuha told the teen.

"Well, let's go!"

Xiao took a few steps forward, and shouted, "HEY!"

He and Venti jogged away, leaving the teen behind.

He sighed and looked away.

"Sorry," he apologized to Aether, "I'll catch up with you guys later."

Xiao walked by him, saying, "Wanna tag along?

"Nah, I think I'll be fine," Kazuha assured him, but he was secretly relieved when the school bell rang.

The teen quickly followed the boys inside, to keep up with them.

Aether was waiting for the three, as he put his bag down and stretched.

"Are we good to go?" he asked.

"I'll take my next class then."

The four walked in the direction of the chemistry classroom, but they didn't reach it just yet.

Xiao said, "Look over there."

Aether and Kazuha were both confused, but Xiao continued, "See the guys in the middle of the room?

They're all staring at us.

I guess that we're all wearing matching shirts, I wonder why?"

"My guess is because we're gay," Kazuha offered, while the others laughed.

"Well, maybe I'm a lesbian.

No, I'm bisexual."

"Shut up, Kazuha," Xiao quipped.

The two boys were nearly out of earshot, when they heard a voice behind them.

"Kazuha, you just cut off my friend's head."

They turned around, to see Xiao's classmate, Maris.

"Wow, we're that short of notice that you still have to come over?"

Maris asked sarcastically.

"Hey, I wasn't aware that you two are good friends.

Anyways, the two of you need to come inside, and make an announcement.

You'll be out of class for a while, "she replied.

"Just let us ask this guy before you go in.

We can't come in without one."

Maris pointed to the teacher.

"In a minute.

You three are out of time."

He shot them a withering look, and then turned to Kazuha, "Are you all students here?

Answer the question, before I call security."

"Yes, we're students here.

But we're not in class right now, so the answer is no.

And you can't make us."

The class got excited and laughed, except Maris and Xiao.

They were also still confused.

"Well, the last time I checked, I would be using my full brain for school, and not for peeking in the window of some ass," He shot at him.

The teacher tried to keep calm, as he continued, "Anyway, this is your chance to make an announcement.

Wouldn't you like to be remembered by your peers?"

The teacher shrugged, and they all walked in, with Xiao and Kazuha.
