Celestaire's POV

IT'S THE THIRD WEEK of January. It's been a week since we stayed here. Some things happened, one of them is I learned to cook adobo. Celine thought me and the taste passed the others.

Wala sila Alysha ngayon dahil bumisita sila sa anak nila. Sa huwebes na lang daw sila babalik, kasama ang bata. Hetta and Jasper's baby is still in France with Jasper's parents, so they don't have to worry to go home.

Bumaba ako ng hagdan at nakita si Sorrel nakikipaglaro sa aso ni Celine na si Shadow. It was cute to see them have fun. Umalis pala ang kambal pati sina Gavi at Hetty, nag-double date sila.

Only us are here. Celine walked out the kitchen with her phone on her ear. Saktong pumasok si Donna at Daphne. Paolo is at the restaurant, while Emman is at the resort. Kauuwi lang din ni Celine mula sa restaurant.

Naupo ako sa sofa malapit kay Sorrel. Donna sat beside me and smiled at her baby. Napangiti din ako habang pinagmamasdan din silang mag-ina. Donna's eyes are full of love.

"Ilang taon na pala si Sorrel?" I asked her.

Napatingin sakin si Donna, bago tumingin ulit sa anak. "Baby, ilang taon ka na raw?"

"I'm gonna be five years old po." Sabi ng bata habang pinakita ang mga daliri sa kamay.

"Bilis mo naman lumaki. Parang nakaraan lang umiiyak ka pa kapag hindi mo ako nakikita." She chuckled.

"I'm a big boy na po eh, sabi ni Daddy." Sagot ng bata.

"Five years ago, I had a tough time giving birth to Sorrel. I ended up having a CS." Sabi niya.

"Mas masakit iyon, hindi ba?" Tanong ko.

She nodded. "Kung ang normal ay sa una lang masakit, ang cesarean naman ay sa huli sasakit."

"Ahh.. Okay."

"You know, kaedad ni Sorrel ang restaurant at bakery. Because the same year I was pregnant, Cel opened my dream restaurant and her dream bakery." Pag-kwento niya.

Napangiti ako. "It was famous, right?"

"No, hindi pa. Bago palang at mababa ang mga benta." She said and sighed. "Lalong nahirapan kami noong nagkasakit pa si Sorrel. Hindi namin alam kung saan kukuha ng pera. My husband's salary was so small and I didn't have a job that time, kaya nagkautang-utang kami."

"Saan kayo nakakuha ng pera?" I asked her.

Naupo si Daphne sa tabi ng kapatid. "Kay Celine. Sinangla niya ang titulo ng lupa ng bakery at restaurant."

"Tapos? Nabayaran na?" Tanong ko.

Donna smiled. "Nabayaran na raw niya dati pa. When Sorrel got better, the restaurant and bakery started to be known. Kaya nakapagtayo pa kami sa iba't ibang lugar."
