Q: Can you put emojis in between some sentences that make sense?
A: I probably wouldn't think to use emojis unless I was writing dialogue between friends, and I wanted to show that they were texting one another. So, yes, I suppose if it's teen fiction and you wanted to convey to your readers that there is some sort of informal exchange between friends (texting, tweeting, instagramming, etc.), I suppose they are fine to use. I would not recommend using them for any other purpose.
