Fourteen-year-old twins Lily and Jonah have just moved from the booming city into the small town of Derbyville. All seems ordinary on their quaint little street in their quaint little neighborhood save for one thing: the abandoned property next to them has been rumored to be haunted. As rumors tend to be, they come and go. There have been no sightings of paranormal behavior until now when strange happenings have begun to occur.

Does this spell doom for the twins and their family or is there something far more sinister going on?
