Danny POV

As we followed Draco's father to our new house, something blocked us from going with him. Or should I say, someone?

"Harry! What are you going with him?" A horrible voice that I assume was Harry's donor.

We looked to see James, Lily, Jace, and two other people catching up to us. Draco and his mother were also coming along, which didn't really surprise me, given that the bastard was loud.

"What else am I doing, Mr. Potter?" Harry snarked, getting James to back off a bit. Keywords: a bit.

"Why are you four following him?" The man with black hair asked. He looked like a model, but I didn't entirely trust his attitude.

"Where else? To our new home," Mariposa truthfully answered.

"Home? Are you three orphans?" The man with scars asked with a kind tone. I assume he's one of the nicest people, but I'm not trusting either.

"Wait, you guys mentioned that you're runaways, right?" Jace asked.

"Yeah. Considering our home life, we didn't have much of a choice," I mumbled.

The adults, including Draco, were startled to know our situation, but there's always a new way out of it. Even if it's dangerous, I take it then be afraid.

"Look, you don't have to go with his kind. Why don't you follow us instead?" The bastard said with a demanding tone.

"What's 'his kind?' As far as I know, men are men, and women are women regardless of their bloodline," Katheren sassed.

If no one was paying attention, they were stunned, and I saw Lucius smile a little. Even if it was so small that only Katheren and I could see it.

"It doesn't matter; I take his offer over yours any day, considering everything you've done," Harry sassed.

The bastard over there looked down while Lily covered her mouth, tears threatening to fall.

Lucius looked smug at us defending him, and I couldn't help but feel pride in it.

"Besides, why are we going to take your stupid offer when all you did was hurt Harry? Harry's our friend, and I won't upset him," Katheren added.

That made the four, except Jace, look shameful.

Draco's mother positively smiled and said, "Well, I suppose you want to go home as soon as possible; am I not wrong?"

'Oh, yeah. What's the point in arguing with these four?' I thought.

"Well, then. Jace, Draco, we'll see you next year," I said before we grabbed our stuff quickly and walked away.

I didn't see anything, but I assumed I heard Lily crying.

'Fucking, lying bitch. Crocodile tears won't get you anywhere with that.'

Katheren POV

As soon as we left, I saw Draco looking in our direction. More importantly: he was looking at Harry.

I smirked and knew about Harry's little crush on the blondie. I mean, the signs were exceedingly obvious. It was so embarrassing, and I can't wait to tell this information to Harry. She's going to flip.

When we reached a location, Lucius told us to hold onto him as he cast a spell for our luggage.

As soon as he touched the object, we started to fall from the sky, making Mariposa and Shade scream. Harry and I, however, were downright unamused until we landed on the ground.
