Scott: It was Jughead. He wants me to meet him at some tattoo parlor, in the Southside.
Angus: Do you know why?
Scott: Nope, must be important. I'll see you guys later.
Scott then grabs his coat and heads for the door, Leaving Aaron and Angus to also wonder what terrors have come to the small town.
- - - - TATTO PARLOR/SOUTHSIDE- - - - Later that evening, Scott pulls up in front of a run down tattoo parlor. Outside was Jughead, waiting for him to arrive. Scott was curious as to why Jughead wanted to meet up at a place like this.
Scott: Hey, what's wrong? Why are we here?
Jughead: Hopefully to find a better deal, for my dad. C'mon.
Jughead leads Scott into the tattoo parlor. As they both walk into the dimly lit establishment, Scott examines the place as a possible location he's have to look into on his "nightly patrols". As the two high school boys walk in, they walk up to a tattoo designer, who's busy working on a client.
Jughead: We're, uh... here for Penny Peabody?
The guy motions toward the curtain, right in front of them. As Jughead walks through, Scott lingers behind and notices that a Southside resident, who's getting a tattoo, has a giant black eye on his face.
Scott: How'd you get that?
Southside Resident: What?
Scott then points under his eye, to show what he was talking about.
