5:06 am An owl screeches outside my window it takes me out of my trance of rocking back and forth in my hiding place.
7:45 am A noise from the outside sprouts my attack instinct. I roll towards my door.
8:39 am A creek sound coming from my floorboards startles me. I start to kick and punch to only realise that it was me who made the sound.
10:14 am A knock on my door makes me crawl out from under my bed. My mom's voice makes me have chills as it's different from the usual Halloween sounds I've been hearing all night. She tells me to come out of my room, I say no.
1:03 pm My mom bangs on my door and tells me I need to eat. I tell her that she could have poisoned it. Her horrified reaction makes me doubt that she has poisoned it. She says I have to eat.
1:05 pm I open my door slowly to retrieve my food. I run back to my bed and start searching through my food.
1:56 pm A notification from the group chat almost gives me a heart attack. I open my phone suspiciously to reply.
