—Attached at the hip, our bond was so strong that we were practically siblings. We shared everything, from secrets to idle gossip about our other friends. When we reached third grade, we made a pact that our friendship would always come first, promising never to risk it by dating each other. The anticipation of seeing him again is overwhelming, and I simply cannot wait for the exciting reunion.

—The boy I had a crush on for several years, but I never had the courage to admit my feelings to. I was afraid that he didn't feel the same way and it would ruin our friendship. Despite my secret (and somewhat immense) crush, we were like any other best friends. We spent a lot of time together, always hanging out and having the best time. Our movie nights were the best, especially when we would sneak candy and sweets into his room. Those moments with him are some of my best memories. He had this amazing ability to make everything so enjoyable and care-free and that's why I loved hanging around him.
