Chapter 26

From young age you learned how to kill. In your life you were never afraid when you target approached you or someone who was working with you. But when Damian's father walked closer to your brother, you felt your legs shaking.

Today the parents will attend to the first party Eden Collage hosted. One of the many guests for this party was Damian's father,Donovan Desmond. Your brother made a plan to get closer to the man by approaching his son first. Anya told you that Damian's father was  coming to school which surprised you after everything the younger Desmond had told you.

You were happy about him but when Loid told you that he will talk to him today you knew that this meeting won't go well for the younger Desmond.

I'm sorry about what we are going to do now Damian but it's for the world's peace

The target walked closer to the place his son was but there was a surprise waiting for him, a blonde spy.

Y/N was on the rooftop hiding somewhere that nobody could see her but being able to watching the whole scene. Her heart was beating faster than usual as she saw an ugly man walked closer to her brother, his face was familiar after all she had see his face plenty of times at the pictures in W.I.S.E.

Your brother walked closer to Donovan. Introducing himself as Loid Forger and apologized for Anya's behavior towards Damian the first time the kids met.
The man smiled but then he said that it wasn't a big deal. That sentence shocked almost everyone. His kid was being punched on the face and he just didn't care!

Damian is that really your father?

TIME SKIP

Donovan seemed to take a liking to Loid since they were still talking. The older spy took some small but still important information about what Desmond was planning.
As the conversation was still going Loid did some dramatic moves, like fall on his knees and beg for forgiveness and staff which gave you and the three younger boys a good  second hand embarrassment.
While the head of the Desmond family was talking about the relationship with his son, if it ever existed

... Yeah, okay I need to take him away from there before he is going to ask Desmond's hand for marriage

You ran inside the building. Parents and kids were talking with each other
or with a teacher. When you were finally outside you were able to breathe again. You fix your uniform and walked were your brother and target were.

When you finally spotted them you put a fake smile on your face and ran up to them waving at Loid

- Brother!

Donovan's bodyguards stopped you but Loid said that you were his sister.
You felt Donovan's eyes on you [ not in that way! ]. He waved at them to let you walk to your brother.

- Oh, Y/N! Hello! Loid said with a "happy" tone
- Hello brother! Hello boys!
Damian waved your way and mumble a small hello still disappointed from what his father said and his two friends just blushed and tried to play it cool.

- Well looked at the time! We should better go inside! Donovan said as he was ready to walk away

- Father... Damian whispered

Donovan turned his head but not to look at his son but you and your brother.

- It was nice talking to you Forger hope to see you again...

Your brother faked a close eye smile

- ... And you young miss... He pointed his finger at you- ... I've heard a lot  about you from Damian. I'm grateful  for what you had done for my son but don't spoil him

And with that he finally left, leaving everyone with wide eyes from what he said to you

You were seeing red. Anger was all you were feeling. You grabbed Loid by the hand and squished it tight. If he was an ordinary person it would already be broken
If there weren't people around Donovan and his bodyguards would already be laying on the ground dead

[ Finally I wrote a new chapter! I know it is probably shitty and/or but when I read this chapter of the manga there was so much going on I needed to reread it ]

[ To adopt him I need a person to play the role of the second parent and a team to kill Donovan. Who is in? ]
