A/N: I know the previous chapter might have been quite hard to digest, especially since the topic itself can rarely be put in a good light. I hope with it, I finally created Faye's profile by bringing all of her past to the scene.

"Faye..." Hobi speaks without looking at me, "About Jungkook...."
My posture droops, and my shoulders slump as I bring a hand to my necklace.
"What about him?"
"Do you love him?" he turns around to face me, but I avoid his gaze.
"Yes."
"How much?"
"Does it matter?"
"Why does it not?"
"Because it was not enough to make him stay."
"Faye, he did not leave. He never left. He ran after you to make you stay. You left."
