hello, mga alon! i just want to take this opportunity to thank every single one of you who read raspberry nights and neon letters.

sa totoo lang, back when i was first posting neon letters on wattpad, grabe ang worry ko kasi alam ko sa sarili ko na chaotic at messy ang storyline nito, heavy, at ibang-iba sa nakasanayan n'yo sa raspberry nights. the characters were all flawed + lots of the major scenes were happening behind the stage kaya hindi rin lahat, nakikita n'yo talaga, and that's worrisome to me kasi malaki ang chance na ma-misunderstood n'yo ang characters. but that's fine, i suppose, because that's the beauty of writing epistolaries.

at the start, super hirap sa 'kin isulat talaga si lorenzo at neve kasi ibang-iba sila sa 'kin as a person. nando'n din na nangangapa pa 'ko sa ano ba talaga ang totoong kwento nitong dalawa? at kung pano ba magsulat ng epistolary pero ang plot ay pang nobela?

but as time went by, i slowly understood them as characters ~ and that's how it also became clear to me na maraming pagdadaanan ang dalawang 'to. i knew it would hurt. i just hadn't realized it would hurt that much lels.
