I will refer yellow guy as Doi since it seems to be his canon name seen in the creators post whenever referring to yellow :)

David isn't Lesley bio kid. He is only Roy's bio child. Roy used to be in a relationship with a women she gave birth to David then died or left but Roy soon fell for Lesley the two then getting married. Lesley raised David as her own but once he died and fused him into his favorite puppet named Doi she no longer saw him as her kid but the other women's child. She soon how Doi and David weren't the same in some departments. So she saw the other women in Doi and hated him for it. Since he was no longer the kid she knew.

Since if you remember in the family episode they seem to replace the mom once she dies ( or that's what I remember from memory which isn't good since I've only seen clips :') please correct me if I'm wrong! ) So this could represent Lesley and the other women and Roy just replacing the other women ( I will refer this other women has wife because why not? ). Maybe wife and Lesley and Roy knew each other and hated wife because she got to Roy before she did. Then once she got with Roy basically being forced to be a mother which she didn't mind.

Wife probably died giving birth since it seems Doi or David is around the age of 5-10 or died when David was 1-3.

Wife might have been an actor or that sort of thing maybe when red was on stage ( when he left the 'show' ) and Roy was watching him maybe that could have been how wife and Roy met ( or maybe how red and Roy met reenacted )

Lesley stitched her own face due to the fact she was injured in the car accident ( which David died in ) and whenever she saw the injures it remind her of David so she stitched her face up.

Lesley killed David maybe being drunk or maybe not paying attention to the road or maybe David thought she would stop for him and she couldn't stop in time. Either way I believe she killed David on accident or maybe being on purpose but it was most likely an accident

Doi has trouble remembering since it's his brain locking away the trauma.

Roy might have brain damage just think about. He also most likely has lazy eye

Roy got brain damage from his death which I believe could be murder or something crushing him

Roy has terrible angry issues.

Roy probably listens to punk rock music

Doi probably watches cocomelon

Red probably listens to my chemical romance

Duck probably listens to classical or jazz music

Shrignold probably listens to old timey love songs

Warren might be scared of loud noises

Warren is most likely tune deaf

Lamp probably listens to doja cat or cupcake...

Lamp will flirt with you as a joke then soon realize it isn't a joke anymore

Red could be in his late 20's

Duck is probably in his 30's

Warren might be in his 20's or 30's

Lamp gives me the vibe he's a teenager who just figured out what alcohol is

Lamp looks like he would burn water so does warren

Red looks like Elmo's dad that went to go get the milk 8 years ago

Doi probably eats plastic

Everyone has a mental illness in this show

Malcolm probably raised shrignold

Malcolm has no opinion on gay people he is just hungry ( could be homophobic as a joke )

Malcolm being died could be the reason shrignold sounds angry in the dream episode

They all look like their going through the 5 stages of grief in random order

Warren simps scary me

Brendon possibly in his late 20's

Warren probably kins burger pants

What if Doi is scared of bird meat and organs since he was pressured into eating duck

Warren looks like he is related to earth worm Sally ( my fellow flamingo fans please stand up )

Duck looks like he would scream Spanish at me

If Doi had teeth he would have a tooth gap to give more of the 5-10 vibe

The main three have insomnia and just talk to each other at night

Lamps eyes glow in the dark like cat eyes

Duck probably barks when he sees someone he doesn't like

Duck has a backpack leash ( it is a bee :) )

David watching everything go down like : 😨

David is scared of both Roy and Lesley probably Lesley more. seeing hope in Roy after the family episode after Roy 'saved' him

Doi and David are different people. David only posseses Doi when Doi is about to die basically being Davids limbo

Colin is on the FBI's watch list

Lamp and Tony and duck probably have all committed war crimes

Doi could be a little deaf after tony made his eyes bleed

Roy can't afford anything he is very broke :(

Roy could also be half batteries

This is also Roy's limbo basically being forced to do horrible things to his child or so

Lamp looks like he would forget his allergies then be like " oh shoot I forgot I'm allergic to peanuts " while he is already in the hospital

Anyways this is the end of whatever this is call it theories or head canons I'm half asleep and writing down the first thing that comes to mind
My Brain might also be half asleep and ready to just 💀
