nightmare

Y/N POV: 

It was dark. And quiet. Too quiet.

I couldn't see anything, but I could hear ear piercing screams. They sounded like someone I knew. I didn't know who.

It went on for an eternity, driving me mad. I soon began to scream myself. I wanted it too stop. 

In the distance I heard a familiar voice calling my name.

"Y/n.." it muttered urgently.

Then it got louder.

Y/n!" it called from afar.

"Y/N!" I was shook awake by my boyfriend JD.

I was panting hard. He wrapped his strong arms around me and held me while stroking my hair. 

"Shh, it's okay. I'm right here, baby," he soothed.

I couldn't respond.

"Remember to breathe slowly. I won't let anything hurt you," he said.

"J-J..." I said frozen in fear.

"I know," 

He laid me down on his chest. I stared up at him and began to play with his hair. He smirked as he looked down at me.

"You know, you're really adorable, even when you're crying," he teased.

I looked away flustered.

"Aww c'mon! I'm just teasing," he said smiling.

I stayed resilient and continued to ignore him.

He quickly became agitated.

"Babyyyy~" he whispered into my ear, making me shiver, "Do you really wanna dig this hole, princess? I could do this all night."

"F-Fine you win," I said shoving his shoulder playfully. He laughed.

"C'mere, I'm tired," he said as he grabbed me and bear-hugged me.

"Wha-AH! J!" I laughed.

He kissed my forehead and began to rub my back.

"God, you're so fucking precious," he whispered.

"I love you," I whispered back as I kissed him.

He paused. I knew he wasn't exactly ready to say it himself, but he still felt the same way. 

I closed my eyes, trying to drift off

JD POV:

Y/n fell asleep on me. She looked so perfect. She was relaxed, and she looked absolutely precious as she clung onto me.

"I'm gonna love you forever, baby," I promised, "and someday, we'll rule the world together,"

Y/N POV:

He doesn't know I heard that ;)
