Hidden Reflection

Lots of fun in the snow, but fun finally came to an end. Haru and Erwin went back at their homes, they don't live together, at least not yet...

Haru went in the bathroom to change.... 

She looked in the mirror, her eyes were puffy from crying, she looked like hasn't slept in weeks... But then she noticed the necklace she got from Erwin a long time ago with a frog on it, she smiled at it, small things really can make one's heart warm. She wasn't going to take it off, it had a strong emotional bond, just like her love with him. That necklace felt her tears, held Erwin's perfume on it and held her memories... Memories... Oh... Not those memories... As much as Haru hated to remember them, now she sees it a little different.. She knows she can't go back in the past and fix everything, she lost her family... But what she lost is now replaced with something else... Something better? Should I call it that way? I mean, she has the Soulworkers and in the Soulworkers, she found the Arclight boy that now is her love.. So... Can it really be called a replacement for what she lost? She is not alone anymore like she was in the Void, now she has people that care for her and love her. I guess it can be called a somewhat bandage for her wound. It's not healed, but it doesn't hurt anymore, now she changed her view on the scar.

Haru sighed with a little smile on the corner of her mouth. Wanted to turn around and leave but her reflection changed. It startled Haru and made her jump a bit, the silhouette had a black coat and didn't look very...Happy... Her hat was shadowing her face and made eyes contact with the other "self".

-W-what are you doing here?? Haru said in a stuttering tone

-So... How is you "revenge" going? You're having fun aren't you? the tone changed into an upset one on the last sentence

-I-I..! Haru didn't finish

-I? You what? You think I'm not aware of what's happening right now?! Desire Haru was really mad

-Don't get it wrong! I still want to take revenge, retribution still burns inside me! But... I can't take revenge on people that didn't do me wrong... I only feel it against Kent-

-NO! It's not just Kent, what about those creatures that he created?! What about them?? Desire Haru seemed to lose her temper

-I can't kill innocent lives!! It's not into me to hurt others... Even though I did unconsciously, I never really meant it... Haru looked sad

-THEY AREN'T INNOCENT LIVES! They participated in all this, can't you see?! Desire Haru already had red lines going across her cheeks and neck

-Why are you putting all the blame on me??! It's not like I wanted this to happen... Haru felt dizzy and about to lose it

-THIS IS THE REASON BECAUSE SHE IS- .... Desire Haru became silent realizing what she was about to say

-.... It also made Haru go silent

Some tears seemed to form in both Haru's eyes, Desire Haru trying her best to hide them, but she was trembling, making it hard.

-... I.. Just wanted to do it for her... Desire Haru spoke

-As much as I don't see the point of your actions, I can't blame the way you feel... In the end it wasn't no one's fault besides him that it happened... Haru told whipping a tear away

-...We're not the same... Desire Haru said

-But we have the same story... I guess we just have different views on it. Haru looked at her

-... As much as I hate you, I can't blame you for all this. Desire Haru turned her look
