|CENTRAL CITY: 2005|

A young girl is seated inside the interrogation room of the CCPD, her head down as she had her black sweater on, wearing ripped jeans and muddy red converse. Her blue highlights on her hair were shining brightly with color but her hands were cuffed, placed on the table with dry blood on them. Her mouth went dry in the moment and her breath was shaky slightly but once exhaling deeply one last time, the nerves inside her stomach seem to wash away.

"Y/N, we can't help you if you don't tell us the truth." The Captain looked at her carefully, a file on the table.

The girl didn't even look up from the ground, silence remaining in the room as she only moved in her seat slightly. The captain sighed deeply and opened her file, looking through it before looking back at her.

"The amount of fights you've got into isn't helping your defence here, you know? Suspensions, almost an expulsion." He shakes his head, "You're not even going to your therapist for help on what happened to your mother-"

"I'm not crazy." The girl finally broke her silence, picking her head up to look at him with a cold glare as she leaned forward in her seat, "I'm not going to some place where they're making me feel like I am- I know what I saw-"

"I need you to calm down-"

"It was a man with red lightning, my dad didn't do anything!" Y/N snapped, hitting the table as the man only stared at her, "So- let's continue on why I'm here."

The captain nods, fixing his suit as he says, "Just tell us who did it? You get to home tonight and this will all be forgotten."

"I already told you, I killed Mr. Woodward- I walked inside the home because I heard screaming, he didn't notice me and before he could hurt Alex, I picked up the lamp and knocked it over his head." Y/N admits as she maintained contact with him, "Once he was on the ground, I grabbed the weight under the coffee table, in front of the couch and continued hitting him over the head until I noticed he stopped moving. I, Y/N Harper killed Mr. Woodward by myself without help and Alex ran out the home, I don't know where she left to."

The captain sighed deeply knowing that all the information she gave him was true on how he died. He turns around in his seat to look at the two way mirror in the room, nodding his head before turning back around to look at the girl, standing from his seat.

"Okay, fine, let's go." He walks over to her, pulling her up from the arm as they start walking out the room, "Let's go book you in."

Once the two walked out of the room, Y/N's gaze fell on Joe West, who was looking at her with a sad expression, a frown on his lips. The girl quickly looks away from him as she was escorted away to get booked in walking into a room as the cuffs were removed from her. Her fingerprints were first to be taken before they showed her where to stand for the picture.

Y/N removed the hood from her head and grabbed the placard, looking at the camera with a small grin, and then a bright white flashes-

The police car stopped right in front of the station of the GCPD, the officers got out the vehicle as one of them opened the backseat and took out a teenager in handcuffs. He had curly brunette hair with green eyes a stone cold expression on his face. And his day seemed to get worse as news reporters were swarming him with questions as he was being dragged into the station.
